Staying at Sabai Sabai@Sukhumvit was a mixed bag for me. The highlight was definitely the unique decorations and the super nice staff who really went out of their way to help. However, the location was kinda inconvenient, far from the action of central Bangkok and not close to public transport, which made getting around a bit of a hassle.

Rooms
8.0
I was in the Deluxe Double or Twin Room, which was clean and had a boutique vibe, but the size was tight with not much room to move around with luggage. They offered laundry service, which was a lifesaver after weeks of travel.
Service
9.0
The customer service was very nice. The staff was friendly, especially a woman who helped me a ton during my stay, making me feel very welcome. It's just a shame about the initial room cleaning issue.
Location
5.0
The location was a major downside. It was far from the main attractions and about 2 kilometers from the nearest subway station, making it tricky to get around. Gotta snag a taxi card to avoid confusion when traveling.
Dining
5.0
Dining was not the best experience. Breakfast had limited options and was poorly prepared. I definitely preferred getting meals from local spots over whatever was offered.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered various facilities like laundry and room service, which came in handy. However, the cleanliness of some public areas left me wanting more.

My stay at Sabai Sabai@Sukhumvit was a mix of positives and drawbacks. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. However, I noticed some cleanliness issues and the lack of dining options on-site, which made things a bit challenging.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a Deluxe Double room, which was decent-sized and had a small terrace. However, I found the room a bit cluttered and the cleanliness could have used attention.
Service
8.0
The customer service was excellent, with staff who were warm and helpful. They really made my experience better with their support.
Location
5.0
The hotel is tucked away down a side street, making it peaceful, but it's not the best for accessing tourist attractions. While it's only a taxi ride away from the center, the lack of nearby restaurants was a downside.
Dining
5.0
The in-house dining options were pretty basic. I found breakfast edible but not something to rave about, and the restaurant wasn't open during my visit.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel offered various facilities like room service and laundry. Still, I wished for better upkeep and overall maintenance.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Sabai Sabai@Sukhumvit. The customer service was fantastic, and I appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of my room and the lack of basic amenities like towel changes and slippers.

Rooms
6.0
My room had a unique, vintage charm with wooden furniture, but it felt cramped with little ventilation. The decor was nice, but the overall cleanliness was lacking since I noticed dust and dirt on surfaces.
Service
8.0
The staff were super friendly and accommodating, which definitely made a difference during my stay. They really felt like family, dropping in to check on me regularly.
Location
6.0
The hotel is in a quieter area off the main tourist circuit, which I liked for the authentic Thai vibe, but it was a bit inconvenient as it was not close to public transport.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was pretty basic, with only a few options, and the cold dishes were not appealing. I wish there were more dining choices available nearby.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were decent, with room service and a free shuttle service, but I felt like everything needed a bit of renewal to feel fresh and inviting.

I found Sabai Sabai@Sukhumvit to be a vintage-feel hotel that felt cozy and home-like. The staff were great and very hospitable, making my stay enjoyable. However, the location isn't ideal if you're looking for a vibrant atmosphere, and I did notice some areas could use refurbishment. Overall, it's a nice place but with room for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The room had a unique theme with lots of wooden furniture and was generally clean, but I found it a bit small with a cramped bathroom. The air conditioning worked well, and I enjoyed the comfortable bed.
Service
10.0
Service was excellent; the staff were friendly and always had a smile. They even helped me with finding a temple for a religious tattoo, showing real dedication to guests' needs.
Location
6.0
The hotel is tucked away at the end of a soi, which offers a quiet environment. It's reasonably close to both the airport link and the BTS, but the area isn't very lively with dining options, making it somewhat isolated.
Dining
7.0
Dining was nice, with home-cooked meals offered, although I found the selection could be expanded. The breakfast included a decent variety, but I expected a bit more overall.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were adequate with room service, laundry, and transport services available. Some amenities felt a bit dated, but they met my basic needs.

I had a mixed experience at Sabai Sabai@Sukhumvit Hotel. The staff were truly the highlight, providing a warm and helpful atmosphere. but the hotel itself is in desperate need of renewal and proper cleaning.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was spacious, yet cleanliness was an issue. Dust and dirt were evident, and I encountered a cockroach, which was quite off-putting.
Service
5.0
The staff were professional and accommodating, even if communication was a bit challenging at times. I genuinely appreciated their efforts to help me during my stay.
Location
5.0
Unfortunately, the location isn't ideal. it's far from major attractions, requiring a significant travel time to get to the city center.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited, mostly Thai dishes with little for vegetarians. However, the fruits and home-cooked meals added a nice touch to breakfast.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities include services like laundry and housekeeping, but the execution left much to be desired. My room was not cleaned during my two-night stay.
